1. Overview

Richard Family Assistant is a private family operations assistant used by the Colares family. It is not a public product and is not offered for use by third parties.

These Terms of Service describe the permitted use of the assistant for private family operations.

2. Authorized Use

The assistant may be used only by authorized members of the Colares family or by people explicitly authorized by the family for private family operations.

The service is not available to the public and is not intended for commercial resale or third-party use.

3. Google Services

With explicit authorization from the Google account owner, the assistant may access Gmail and Google Calendar to support school communications, schedule checks, reminders, and parent briefings.

Calendar events are created or updated only when explicitly approved by a parent.

4. No Emergency or Critical Use

Richard Family Assistant is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for urgent, medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions.

5. Accuracy

The assistant may summarize or classify information, but users should verify important details directly with the original school, calendar, travel, or family source when necessary.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their Google accounts and may revoke access at any time at:

The assistant does not store Google account passwords.
