Purpose
Richard Family Assistant helps with school communications, family calendars, reminders, activity planning, travel logistics, and parent briefings.
Google services
With explicit authorization from the Google account owner, the assistant may access Gmail and Google Calendar for private family operations.
- Gmail access is used to identify and summarize relevant school and family communications.
- Calendar access is used to check schedules, identify conflicts, and prepare reminders.
- Calendar events are created or updated only when explicitly approved by a parent.
